Now I'm worried ...



How long do people normally expect to wait for a response from support? I signed up for a vps yesterday, put in a support request nearly 3 hours ago and I'm still waiting for a response. Is this usual??


I believe you got a reply to your ticket addressing this question. In general tickets are replied to within minutes but we do treat tickets based on urgency. Our support is one of our advantages but there can be delays at times. If it is an urgent ticket there should not be such a delay. If it is urgent please feel free to followup stating so. I hope this helps.

I did, thank you! Just a little concerned when the first ticket I submitted took a long time to receive a response, but I think we've sorted that out now.
