New to knownhost and do not know how to use it.

Hi i am new to knownhost. I have a website runing on some other server, i need to migrate it to knownhost. Last night i bought monthly package and since then i have been confused about somethings.
Very first thing, where is cpanel? there is only some basic info about my packages and domains and invoices on the website.
How can i migrate my website here?
how do i find out what were my ftp login credentials and my cpanel login details.

Hello traceprint and welcome to KH!

You can get to WHM by entering the address https://<IP number>:2087 and entering username root with the password you gave KH at signup. Put your ip number in where it says <IP number> of course

If you are going from cPanel to cPanel KH support can move your accounts for you. You can do it yourself of course if you'd prefer but it is a bit involved. There are a couple of posts in the cPanel Howto and tutorial section of the forum.

Your login information should have been in your welcome email from KH, did you not receive this?
