    Hi everyone!

    I keep finding these entries in my /var/log/messages logfiles:
    Jun 21 00:20:13 host named[13353]: network unreachable resolving '': 2001:678:2::53#53
    Can anyone tell me if this is a real problem or if its something I should just ignore? Is it something internal that I should be correcting? I know this is a named issue calling an external server.

    I have done some research and found advice telling me to use:
    named -4
    They say its an IPv6 issue, and since our VPS is IPv4 I should disable 6 altogether. Any thoughts on how correct this advice is? I always like to double check before I commit to typing in a command I'm not sure I can undo...

    Thanks again for your help on this guys, knownhost forums rock!:p

    I am sure you have talked to Support already but in the future for a quick reply opening a support ticket is best. Some of our forum users could chime in time to time but it's not monitored like our helpdesk is. Thanks! Have a nice weekend.
