netstat question

I always knew netstat at the command showing active connections.

However, something puzzles me. I run netstat and one of the items listed is the following:

tcp        0      0 PPCDOMAIN.COM:http  mx.celulosacampana.co:26799 TIME_WAIT

What does that mean, the mail servers of some domain I never heard of is trying to connect to my domain name?

since the name looks to be spanish, the mx could stand for mexico

I guess though that kind of seems unlikly(mx.celulosacampana.co[m]) doesnt even resolve to a web page.
