I didn't your understand question fully, your name servers are may be down, I think you have directed the ns0.epiezas.com and ns1.epiezas.com to the given IPs and may be haven't created the DNS Entries for that domain. May be thats why while pinging the epiezas.com doesn't replies with IP address. Opening a ticket will definatly help you.
The node is up but pings to your VPS time out.......
Can you login to your CP?
Did you open up a ticket with support? FYI - Acc to Knownhost this is not an official support method to contact them.

What does no IP mean? I'm guessing you couldn't access your CP?
Anyway, I hope its sorted out.
By the way, I believe that your username and password for the support suite is the same as your login to the "my account" area? KH?
