May 10th CA Outage Discussion

I tried accessing my site today at 10:30 am gmt and it was not loading, so i tried going to the knownhost helpdesk and the whole knownhost site was down too, whats the problem here?

don't know about that but I can't access my vps - looks like a network issue.

my vps is at CA

Mine is in california too, although the problem had sorted itself out within 5 minutes... there have been reports from people who have used my site of the site going down for a couple of minutes in the past.. and they all tend to be from 9am to 11 am gmt, if that helps...

We have a network issue in California which is being addressed but one thing to mention. Our helpdesk isn't in California as it is hosted in Texas so the two issues are not related. If you couldn't access our helpdesk that is a problem unique to you as we have had zero complaints about it.
