Matching Billing Cycle with Bandwidth Metrics

Hi there,

Some of us have a billing cycle that is not on the calendar month.

As far as I know the WHM shows our monthly bandwidth consumption on the calendar month.

Is there someway to make the two congruent? That way when we look at our bandwidth consumption it actually "makes sense" because it is congruent with the billing cycle?

Hello,

We bill based on the signup date not on the 1st of every month. If you require to be charged on the 1st we can change your renewal date but as a company we don't bill that way by default

Yes, we definitely intend to switch. It's just a matter of time and with the summer here and people taking vacations, etc it won't be done immediately but it's on the To-Do list and near the top if not the top priority.
