OK one of the difficulties I have here in knownhost is that when I submit a support request I have to explain to many different people.

I first talk with A
Then talk with B I expalin my problem
go back to work then after hourse I see I have received a reply from C asking me for password.
This needs improvement

If you open your ticket from you can put your password so we don't have to ask. The only time we ask is when emails are just sent in. As for talking with different people, I haven't heard an issue with this before but will talk internally about it.

That is right sorry, It seems my mistake because when I submited the support reques and sent my password after that I changed my passport .
