Just reporting here from cPanel forums in case you have certificates affected which is only 2.6% of all Let's Encrypt certificates.

You can verify if you have certificates that will be affected by doing the following:
- Login to WHM
- Go to Account Information > List Accounts
- Click on Download all records to a csv file (lower right corner)
- Open the csv file and copy the entire domains column
- Paste your domains to the following link https://checkhost.unboundtest.com/ and click "Query"
