I've contacted knownhost support for a few days now and not got a single reply. Not even one of those automated email replies that tells me about my support ticket.I've been with knownhost for over 1yr now.. summin is wrong..
Hmm. We are up and running fine and haven't been down. Please PM me your details. We have not received any emails that weren't replied to so something is going on. Try sending a test email to joel@ now.
By the way, you can always open tickets from billing.knownhost.com or support.knownhost.com. These are used for tracking tickets, opening, closing, etc. Of course email is tied to it but this is used by a lot.
