Just realized this. When you try to submit a ticket thorugh the "my account - billing center" instead of kayako trying to give Knowledgebase Suggestions it just keeps on saying: "Loading Knowledgebase Suggestions..."
We must have missed this post the first time. I will let someone know about this. I for one haven't heard of this from anyone before so maybe it is an integration issue? Not sure. Have you see it work before? Just curious.
