I recently changed plans, whilst very sick with the flu and knownhost support did everything for me.
From the minute I paid for the new plan I received an email with all my new settings and info for the new plan
I lodged a tech support ticket with the user / pass for the old and new plan, and it was answered almost straight away. Then in less than 30mins my accounts had all been transferred to the new server ready to go. All I had to do was change the ip address on my nameservers
My old host used to take 2hrs+ to answer support issues, so I love the quick and happy response from knwonhost
