Just signed up for VPS for client site on West Coast server

I am located in Calif and after finishing sales chat, I signed up for the hosting as advised. This was 1:45 PM Pacific Time Zone. I see that your phones and chat shut down at 4 PM Eastern. Does this mean that my site will not be created until your next Business Day (Monday?). Is this forum monitored during non-business hours?

Welcome to KnownHost! You absolutely will not have to wait until Monday. Your VPS will be setup tonight for sure assuming payment was made and cleared.
