Include direct ticket link in emails

I get email notifications that a tech answered to my ticket. However, there is no link at the end of the message that I can click and get directly to the ticket itself. I need to enter your main website (or put the support direct link in my favorites) in order to reply tickets, and it makes it uncomfortable.


Thanks for the suggestion. We're actually working on some thing internally right now to improve our ticketing system and it's ease of use in the very near future. I'll make sure this request is documented internally so we can look at making this a part of our improvements.
