How can I sue sftp connection? do I have to send a ticket to have it enabled?
I believe you're on cPanel and so far as I know by default if you have SSH access then you have sFTP access.
Many clients do not even support this though. You'll have to look and see if yours does or not. The connection is SSH and change the port to the correct one.
Hope that helps
WinSCP is what I use for SFTP. It works great and best of all is free, quality software.
It can be found here.
Filezilla does as well. I have used WinSCP as well and it was pretty slow so I switched.
Another vote for FileZilla here.
I've been using it for years without problem.
Well, I have only been using Filezilla for about 4 months, but I definitely will give my vote for it as well.
