i get this message"You appear to be logging in from an unknown location. Please verify your identity by answering the following security questions:"
but i didn't remember if i set up these questions.

I'm assuming you have root (WHM) access so you should still have SSH access...

From https://www.eukhost.com/forums/f30/how-turn-off-security-questions-whm-cpanel-17682/

To disable security questions in WHM

1) Login to your Shell using root access.

2) Change the Values to 0

root@server [~]# vi /var/cpanel/cpanel.config

SecurityPolicy::passwordAge=0
SecurityPolicy::passwordStrength=0
SecurityPolicy::SourceIPCheck=0
SecurityPolicy::dnsclustering=03) Save and restart the cPanel service

root@vm [~]# /etc/init.d/cpanel restart

@eloy Graciano cPanel has a guide for this at the bottom of the page https://documentation.cpanel.net/display/ALD/Configure+Security+Policies Which is pretty much the same guide @phpAddict posted.

Alternatively you can open a ticket and we can assist you in regaining access to your WHM/cPanel.
