How to upgrade storage and how to submit a ticker

I .have a new system from KnownHost, but I am having difficulty generating a service request and I do not see any facility to order additional storage.

Do I need a separate account for each activity?

I have the Premium VPS server with the management option.

We have uploaded over 250 Gbytes to our new server and we had hoped to go live with this system in another week or two.
