How to update the main VPS URL?

I signed up for my VPS using the domain diggsnet.com. Then when I got into my WHM I created an account diggsnet.com. Can access the functions as normal on that, but where do I edit the main index.html that points directly to my main IP address? Another way to ask this is how do I edit the main URL page at host.diggsnet.com?
