how to resell vps

If I resell your vps, how I can access the VPS if the customer has a problem?. I mean, the customer will have the root password and not me.

Hello pikota,

You do the same thing that KH does. When they submit a ticket to you then they have to give you the IP and the root password.

I thought KH has physical access to the server they could access any vps into that physic server.

Anyway, if KH vps is managed , ¿How does KH update and secure system if they dont have root password?, or maybe KH has 2 account for root, one for client and another for them?.
