How to receive copy of all outgoing emails

Dear Paul, one customer want to receive copy of all the email sent by the employees. Can this be done with EXIM??

Sure thing. If email in question goes through exim. I am not sure what exactly do you want to achieve - get the copy of all the outgoing email? the copy of outgoing email sent by a particular user? to a particular mailbox and/or MX? Anyway it can be done using Exim's filters
