having problems with Knownhost Accounts Dep.

as per my ticket of today 656586 I sent two payments to KnownHost covering expiring invoices.
They say they got just one notwithstanding I submitted two ID payments.
I opened ticket 656586 and after many hours I am unable to find a solution.
I am by Knownhost since 9 years already and astonished for such a way to deal with old clients.
Is Mr. Paul sitll by Knownhost to help me to solve the issue?
Anyone experinced such a bad situation?
The discussion with the Accounts Dept. started at the beginning of afternoon now in Europe is 22.27 pm!!
Hours of a nightmare.
