For all of you yet to be customers. I just want to express to you that as a new customer myself I have had great support so far. Myself knowing enough to be dangerous contacted the few admins that I have been working with "Jeff" and "William". Not only have they responded extremely quick to my tickets but have also taken the time to explain in technical detail (I like to know) exactly how and why things work the way they do. Couldn't ask for better support!
