Graymail - Any have this?

I am being told that the junk email I am receiving is graymail. I have heard of gray-listing but apparently graymail is very different. I Googled as you would expect and found many different connotations. Without me listing any, does anyone have any hammer on nail answers on this one?

It would seem SPAM is now being classified with more partitions!

More often, a newsletter or other subscription that the user may or may not realize they signed up. Unlike the UK, the US does not require double-blind newsletter subscriptions.
