Hi Jeff,
We can assist with migrating emails from GoDaddy's office 365. We utilize tools such as IMAPSYNC to do so. It'd require you providing us with a list of email addresses and their respective passwords to feed into the tool which would then migrate the emails to their respective new accounts on your KnownHost Service.
This is considered a manual migration and is billable at $35/hr.

downgrading from one of your old VPS-1 to your basic reseller hosting during the migration of my customers accounts (web sites and e-mail accounts included) you will do for me will you be obliged to make use of IMAPSYNC
or because everything is already in your hands will not be necessary?

Wouldn't be necessary. Migrations team would handle it.
