Getting a domain registered with KH

Hello.
I'd a server under KH and I left it some mounths ago.
The associated domain has ended his validity and I'll woul like to renew/transfer or wathever else but I need that domain ( that looks registered to me and the coordinates of the Admin begins to me)

How I can do it?

( I sent a mail at the sales but I didn't get any answer)

1) I left KH for businnes pourpouse ( I' must pay in Euros for businness pourpouse)
2) I've payd all invoices left
