File access via HTTP instead of FTP

Hey guys, at work they have blocked all FTP. Is there a way I can access my files using something like CuteFTP, via HTTP. I am trying not to use cPanel. I need to download several files.

How about using a directory script such as this? There's hundreds of them that let you password protect and allow downloads to certain files while viewing the directory etc.
 
SSH is usually the answer to everything, though you should check with your employer to make sure circumventing their security measures isn't going to get you fired.
