Ffmpeg problem with installation

Hello people!
I am new here and i am trying to install the ffmpeg and all the necessary modules etc. to be able to upload an youtube clone website to my VPS but i cant handle!
Is there any way that anyone can help me or do this for me?

I don't have any experience with ffmpeg myself but here is a prior post on the forums about it.

What problems/errors do you run into?
