I'm new to KnownHost and Drupal. As per Drupal beginners guide "Fantistico" is the best tool to install Drupal. But I couldn't find in KnownHost. Any pointer is really appreciated.

You will need to request KH to install Softaculous on your VPS http://www.knownhost.com/vps-addons.html there is a $1.00 US per month charge for this.
If it were me I would install it my self, well maybe not, I'm not a big Drupal fan I would go with Joomla. JMHO
