End of Life OS Update

In my ticket for the End of Life OS Update Path Options (Ticket #704101), I asked a couple of days ago if KnownHost has a estimated time for updating my VPS, but haven't heard anything which is unusual as usually support is pretty fast to answer any questions. I was just worried that maybe the ticket got "lost" somehow since the owner is unassigned. The last update in the ticket was when I answered some questions about the VPS on November 7th, 2016.

Apologies for the delay. Our upgrade queue is staffed a bit different than our normal support queues and handled in a first come first serve basis so replies may be delayed until your server is up for the actual upgrade when assigned to a technician. I'll pass your ticket along and get someone to update it shortly however.
