Just so I do this correctly, reading the welcome message it says:-

    Your first steps should be:
    1) Create the two name servers at your registrar
    2) Point your domain at them

Number 1 is clear, I create two NS entries for criticalstop.net as ns1.criticalstop.net and ns2.criticalstop.net and point them to the IP's you sent me in the email.

Number 2 I have the question on. I point criticalstop.net to your DNS servers, right? If so, what are your DNS servers?

You should point your domain to ns1.criticalstop.net and ns2.criticalstop.net.
