I have had the pleasure of working with your support team several times over the last 24 hours and like to see all of my tickets all the time, including those that are closed. Unfortunately sometimes tickets are not resolved in the same order in which they were opened. Because of this I have seen that the color background behind each ticket title in the My Tickets queue all have a green background for the time and status bar under the subject of the ticket regardless of their state. It would be helpful if there was a different color for each state: Tech is working on it. Tech is pending info/response from customer Ticket is closed. When there are several tickets open, it would help speed up the communication process by enabling customers to quickly see when there is a action item that they need to complete.
