Daily time outs

Since 3 days, all domains on my VPS are giving frequent time outs, are unable to load or load very slowly. This is confirmed by host-tracker, Pingdom and Hyperspin. It seems like support can't find anything and leave my tickets without replies for hours (by then the issue is probably fixed by itself). This is not the support I'm used to get from KnownHost. I really want a solution or a cause for the problems.

Please open a new ticket, or pm me with your latest ticket number so that I can look into this further. The pingdom,hyperspin,host-tracker might be explained by settings in your firewall, if they get temp banned for too many icmp packets in a short timeframe, but the slow sites indicates a different issue altogether.
