I wanted to contact support by support ticket.
I typed a whole essay there and when I wanted to send the ticket in your website showed me an error:
"We encountered a problem (cross-site request forgery detected); please try again
Sorry, we encountered a problem (invalid department). Please start over."
I tried like 3 times. Same problem. I just simply cannot send tickets to support.
