Change Credit Card On File

This isn't exactly a VPS question, but I suppose it falls best under this category, since that's what it's regarding.

Just wondering if there is a site we can go to for changing our credit card info on file (card #) to a newer card, or do we need to go through the Billing Dept. manually?

Well there's an option to update your credit card info when you login to billing.knownhost.com, but it looks like it only lets you modify your expiration date. I'd say file a ticket.
