Can't get support to help fix email issue

    I feel like support is blowing me off and a client's email is not working. The client is now blaming me for losing business and I don't think support cares. I don't know where to turn. What's the trick to get support to respond once the situation becomes critical?

    I'm pretty sure I know which ticket you're talking about. We have been replying very frequently but it sounds like our messages aren't reaching you.

    You should be able to see ticket replies at https://support.knownhost.com if emails aren't making it to you.

    The client just needs to enable SMTP authentication in their mail client and all will be well ;)

    That is not the problem and I keep telling them that. Look at the mail delivery report for this client. Hundreds of emails are being rejected by gmail, yahoo, hotmail, msn,
