Blocking China?

Been getting a lot of emails from my server about large number of failed login attempts from china. I've been blacklisting /16 blocks as they come in as none of my sites need/expect legitimate traffic from china. But I'm sure china has quite a few IP blocks.

Is there a better way?

I'm currently based in HK China Administrative Area and comfortably permanently blocked from my own dedicated IP after being identified by my login IP as a "targeted web attack) while editing the appearance of my own site. :D

I know I am technically linux incompetant, but I never realize I could be a threat to my own site!:p:p
