Billing not responding to Ticket

I have submitted a ticket yesterday to Billing and until now I've got no reply.

Hope someone from KH can read and forward this to Billing for immediate action.

Ticket : 325096


Our billing department is closed on weekends, however I just reviewed your ticket and I'm sure this will be taken care of promptly come Monday morning, or perhaps before.
Might I suggest an auto reply to billing/sales tickets that indicate the departments are not 24 hour?
