Just a tip from past expereicne with kayako live chat; kayako live chat has not been that reliable for me. I have an older version(maybe a year old) and constantly it disconnects the chats, not telling you when the person ends the chat etc.
Just a tip from a past user, test it out thoroughly before cancelling websitealive as in my oppinion the websitealive is alot more reliable, though maybe kayako finally cleaned up their act.
