I have been with KH for seven months or so, and am very pleased with the service. This month for the first time my CC evidently did not get charged automatically. I had to go in manually and pay it. Has anyone else had this happen? I know there is not a problem with the credit card account. Just to be clear to everyone there was never a problem with my site going down for non-payment. I was just wondering if anyone else has had an issue with a card all of a sudden not getting charged.
