As i see the support ticket only be reply in daytime.
What is your ticket number?
How long have you been waiting?
I dug into this and this was not a Support ticket. It was a Sales ticket which we don't advertise we are here 24/7 (even though in many cases we are pretty close). Support IS here 24/7/365 and always have been.
It is very common for sales teams to only work weekdays 9-5. Here at knownhost though the sales team very often responds on weekends, they are NOT 24/7 .
All can attest however that the support team here is out of this world and you WILL receive a response in less than an hour more often within a few minutes 24/7 365 days a year.
