Nope, there was no network problems last night
If you're the customer I'm thinking of, then "$HOME/cron.php" killed your site last night.
 
Yes. "$HOME/cron.php" is the exact command that is being executed by cron at 12am.
I was reading your previous ticket history at around that time, went to your site to check it out found that it is not responding, took a look at processes running inside the VPS and found that $HOME/cron.php locked your database, so all other processes that depend on the database were staying in the queue. At 12:20 script finished and site started to work again.

Ok, makes sense to me, this cron that I am running actually dumps the db to a folder for back up.. This is the first time I have seen it lock up the db though.. Should I be concerned?
