A reseller account under a Plesk VPS

I currently have a VPS XL. I want one of my clients / users to have a reseller type of privelage. Is this possible?
 
You have root level access and admin rights to Plesk so you can sell a "Plesk Client account" which can in turn create multiple domains depending on the on the permissions you set for that client account. Client is a reseller account basically. It isn't like cPanel but it is SWsoft's way of a reseller account.

Under that situation will my reseller's plesk client account be able to give out to there customers a login and password to access there domain name(s)
 
Each domain a client has under it has one login per domain. So it would be the end user login to that one domain. Hope this clears it up. You can demo it on the SW-soft website.
