OSCommerce Not Appearing as Add-On Script

I have activated OSCommerce as an add-on script within my WebHost Manager.

However, when I log into an invidiual website's control panel and select "Addon Scripts" I am given two choices
OSCommerce is NOT listed as a choice in the "new CPaddons system" link. It IS listed in the "Old addon system" but, only as an upgrade option. In other words, I cannot install a new instance of OSCommerce.

What am I doing wrong?

You should more or less never let cPanel install software for your users. On the rare occasions when it is not flat out broken, it is invariably numerous builds behind, and that means you're giving people license to install potentially insecure software they do not understand with the click of a button. If you want to install OSCommerce, install OSCommerce (which is not that great of an idea in and of itself: http://secunia.com/advisories/22275/).

Thanks for the commentary. I was hoping for an answer to the question, though.

Oh I'm sorry, let me go fix every single bug in cPanel for you right this second. Wouldn't want you to strain your eyes rolling them like that.
