Locked out of my.knownhost.com

Went to log into my.knownhost.com for the first time in ages and was told I need to change my password. However, Xfinity decided some time ago to delete my email address there which is what my account with Knownhost is tied to so I am kind of stuck here.
I cannot log in to submit a ticket and email support no longer exists (should take that off the 'Contact Us' page btw) so if someone from KH could reach out to me so I can get my email address changed that would be great!
