Creating a cpanel account with Entry VPS hosting

Hello, I have purchased an Entry VPS hosting, and want to install my CGI script there. Besades this hosting, I have a Standard Shared hosting package with CPanel. The support suggested that I should firstly create a CPanel account for the Entry package, and the process is desctibed here:

However when I go to to https://your-domain.com:2087, I can't login neither with my login for Standard Shared package, or the KnownHost login. At the webpage above it is written that I should navigate to Accout Functions, but it seems that this option is available only after the login. So how can I login there to get a CPanel account?

The Entry VPS would require cPanel to be installed on it in order to create accounts. Unfortunately, only the Entry Plus comes with the ability for a panel purchase due to memory requirements of said panels (DirectAdmin/cPanel)

Trying to access :2087 on a Shared service won't work as you do not have root access to these shared boxes. You wouldn't be able to create any cPanel accounts.

The article above is written for VPS/Dedicated Servers with cPanel installed in tandem with Reseller/Semi-Dedicated users as all of these services provide WHM Access over 2087.

Hello,
I have ordered Entry Plus package. Now I want to upload some files there. I entered this webpage:

It is written that I should type the url hostname.com:2087. I did so, and the website asked the username and password. I tried the usernames of my main package, this didn't help. Then I tried to enter the "root" username as described in the email I received after the purchase of the Entrt Plus package. In this email, there was written:

Main VPS IP Address: ***
SSH username: root
Unmanaged SSH port: 22
Root password: ***

So "root" is my login? But this didn't work too. Maybe "root" means something different?
How can I login to the cpanel of my new Entry Plus package? And what URL does provides access to its contents for the visitors?
