How to resolve the DY-001

If you have received the error below it means you are not authenticated to your server when sending email and are sending email via

550 DY-001 Mail rejected by for policy reasons. We generally do not accept email from dynamic IP's as they are not typically used to deliver unauthenticated SMTP email to an Internet mail server. If you are not an email/network admin please contact your Email/Internet Service Provider for help. maintains lists of dynamic and residential IP addresses.

To resolve this check the mail settings of your email client and or script to make sure you are authenticating to the server to send the email and you are not sending the email over your home ip address.
