Please see&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.knownhost.com\/support-coverage\">support coverage<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"introduction\"><\/span>Introduction<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>This article is being provided to help users manually configure their iPhone devices with their mail server using the preferred IMAP protocol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The iPhone used for this guide was running as of November 12th, 2020:&nbsp;<strong>iOS 14<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Before getting started, you will need:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>An iPhone<\/li><li>Your email address (ex: user@domain.com)<ul><li>For information on creating an email see:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/docs.cpanel.net\/cpanel\/email\/create-an-email-account\/\">Creating an email (cPanel)<\/a>\u00a0\/\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.knownhost.com\/kb\/how-to-create-an-email-account-in-directadmin\/\">Creating an email (DirectAdmin)<\/a><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Your email account password<\/li><li>Deciding on IMAP or POP3.
