You&#8217;ll receive a response in little to no time at all.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"secure_forms\"><\/span>Secure Forms<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In an effort to ensure more consistency in securing user information, we developed a &#8216;Secure Forms&#8217; system for our helpdesk that allows you to pass along sensitive information regarding your service with us without it being passed in the open.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This allows for information such as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Description of the contents provided<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Usernames<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Passwords<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Server IP&#8217;s or Hostnames<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>SSH Ports<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Data along important fields such as usernames and passwords is passed encrypted to the support technicians.
