By default they&#8217;re sent to the customer&#8217;s contact address for the overall account, however, if you want to specify a different contact you would set the new notification email here. Such notifications that get sent are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Notification when you&#8217;ve hit 80% of your MailChannels messages limit<\/li><li>Notification when you&#8217;ve hit 90% of your MailChannels messages limit<\/li><li>Notification when you&#8217;ve reached 100% of your MailChannels message limit<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n<div class=\"kb-shortcode kb-shortcode_warning\">\n                    <div class=\"kb-shortcode-icon\">\n                        <i class=\"fa fa-exclamation-triangle fa-2x\"><\/i>\n                    <\/div>\n                    <div class=\"kb-shortcode-content_warning\">When you reach 100% of your MailChannels limit for the package you&#8217;ve purchased, mail functionality will stop! It&#8217;s important to correct this by upgrading before you hit that limit or reaching out to Support to temporarily revert to standard outbound routing while you review your options.<\/div>\n                <\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Inbound Spam Filtering Domains<\/strong>: This section allows you to specify the number of <strong>additional<\/strong> inbound domains you wish to purchase. All MailChannels packages come with 5 by default.
