Resolved High Load, Multiple Legacy GA - 01/10/2020

We have been alerted to several legacy nodes within our GA cluster experiencing high load events.

We have isolated the issue down to an error in a recent configuration deployment and have reverted this change. Nodes are now returning to normal operating loads and will continue to do so over the next few minutes.

We will be diagnosing this further and implementing an alternative plan for these changes. No SSD or Cloud services were impacted.

As a clarification, this error also has affected a select few HDD nodes in the TX cluster as well. We have reverted the change on those as well, and they should be returning back to normal operational levels.
